Shriners Hospitals for Children

2009-2010 BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees for Shriners Hospitals for Children is responsible for the overall operation of the Shriners Hospitals network. The board is comprised of the current officers of Shriners International, who serve by virtue of their office, as well as those elected by the members of Shriners Hospitals for Children corporation. All members of the Board of Trustees serve on a volunteer basis. The President and CEO is elected each year at the annual meeting of the hospital corporation.
