Shriners Hospitals for Children Northern California is the only hospital in the Shriners system that houses facilities for treatment of spinal cord injuries, orthopaedics, and burns. The hospital has 80 patient beds, nine parent apartments, five state-of-the-art operating rooms, a high-tech Motion Analysis laboratory, and an entire floor devoted to research. The Northern California Shriners Hospital is recognized by the American Burn Association (ABA) and the American College of Surgeons (ACS) as a verified pediatric burn center.
