Cecilia Barrios, RN, MN is the director of patient services. She has more than 17 years of nursing, administrative, strategic planning and financial management experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Philippine Women’s University and a master's degree in nursing administration from UCLA.

Her current responsibilities include all inpatient and outpatient clinical services. This includes: inpatient nursing, rehabilitation services, radiology, ambulatory care, perioperative services, laboratory, pharmacy, orthotics/prosthetics, and nutritional services. She also oversees the implementation of the system-wide computerized clinical information system (SHCIS) at the hospital.

She is actively affiliated with a wide variety of organizations including memberships in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Sigma Theta Tau – Nursing Society and the Hospital Association of Southern California – NLC. She is a past president of the Nursing Leadership Council – Los Angeles and an assistant professor at the University of LaVerne.
