Joint Commission Right of Notification of Safety or Quality Concern

The Shriners Hospital for Children in Los Angeles is accredited by The Joint Commission. The Joint Commission standards deal with hospital quality, safety-of-care issues, and the safety of the environment in which care is provided. The Shriners Hospital in Los Angeles is committed to meeting these standards in all these areas. The hospital has an open door policy, which means that anyone has the opportunity to address their concerns directly with hospital leadership.
